  • You can use your Brand Maintenance hours for the following:

    • Marketing materials (Ascend Pro & Stellar Premium only)

    • Social media (Stellar Premium only)

    • & more upon request and approval

  • Our brand maintenance plans include any Wix website that is pre-existing. We do not have to be the initial designer of the website, but we also love working with previous design clients! These plans do not include designing a website from scratch, but we are happy to work with you to build your initial website design outside of these maintenance plans.

  • Monthly plan hour(s) do not roll over and must be used within the month. All hours reset the next month.

    Annual plan hour(s) do not roll over to the next year and must be used within a year of the plan start date. A maximum of 12 hours may be used within a month but can otherwise be used as needed.

  • Search engine optimization (SEO) is not included in the maintenance plans. However, we are happy to discuss our SEO plans with you!

  • We track hours through Clockify. You will be given access to your hour tracking once your maintenance plan sign-up is complete.
